Returns & Exchanges
At Party Expert, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Package
Attach the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
